Weight gain is becoming an epidemic in the United States. It is affecting adults and children at an alarming rate. Some of the health related risks of weight gain are: heart disease, high blood pressure, bone fractures and type-two diabetes. Desperate people are even trying desperate measures, such as surgery to physically decrease their stomach size. Diets simply do not work. If they did, the population would be decreasing in size. If the diet did take off excess weight, the weight comes back when the diet is over.
For hypnotherapy to be effective, you must have a sincere desire to make a change in your life. Hypnotherapy is a very natural way to change the way that you feel about food. Many times we eat when we are happy, sad, stressed, tired or even bored. Often we do not even realize what we are putting into our mouths. Before long, all of these extra calories amount to a lot of excess weight.

Hypnotherapy and suggestions will be given to incorporate the changes you are making into your subconscious mind. The sessions will help you to break the cycle of eating for other reasons than hunger. In addition, the sessions will help you to gain control over food instead of having food control you.
