Forgiveness
Hypnosis long-term goal is to find the thing, event or person that created the pain in your life in the first place. The people or things that have hurt you must be forgiven. Forgiveness does not mean that the thing that happened to you was OK. Yet forgiveness is more than just a word. Forgiveness is an action you do for yourself, to bring yourself to the awareness that you deserve to be free of the pain you have been carrying around with you for way too long.
